By ordering goods or services, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
The goods become the property of the buyer only after full payment, including postage and packaging, is made. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, in which case the buyer will be refunded any amount paid.
To cancel an order, it is sufficient not to pay within the specified period or to send a request in writing for its cancellation before the goods are dispatched. The buyer will be refunded the money paid within about two weeks. In the event of a cancellation of a paid order for consultancy services and courses, the seller charges the following fees. If the order is canceled prior to payment, no fee will be charged. If the order is canceled within two days after payment the fee is 20%, within three days 50%, and over three days 100% (in this case, everything will be delivered).
The goods are delivered within approximately one to two weeks. However, it is advised that the buyer checks the approximate delivery time with the seller before ordering. For services, the delivery time varies depending upon the waiting list and so order processing may even take several months. However, payment is to be made just before delivery of the stipulated service.
The services of Czech Post are used for delivery. Personal collection is possible only following prior arrangement.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash and will be made in advance.
Without any given reason, the buyer has the right to return purchased unused goods, (which he did not collect in person), in their original unopened packaging together with all additional materials up to 14 days after receipt. Money for the purchase of the specified goods will be refunded within approximately two weeks. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Goods must be sent by registered post, (it is necessary to inform the seller in advance either by e-mail or written letter as the seller does not accept unannounced packages), or, following previous agreement, can be returned in person.
Goods carry a two year guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to consultancy services and courses.
In the case of goods with manufacturing defect, the seller will handle complaints (from the buyer) within 30 days of the receipt of the goods, which are to be returned by registered post with prior notification of sending. Returns made personally are possible, but only after prior agreement.
By ordering or contacting the seller, the interested party or buyer agrees to the processing of submitted personal data. The seller processes personal data in order to carry out the order and issue a receipt for tax purposes. If the buyer wishes to delete his personal data, which the seller is not obliged to keep for financial purposes, it is sufficient for him to submit a written request for its deletion.
The seller does not have the possibility to check the accuracy of the name, surname, and address of the buyer on the order and so any invoice, (amounts over 10,000 CZK – approx. 465 USD or 385 EUR), will include the received data. For amounts up to 10,000 CZK (approx. 465 USD or 385 EUR), no personal data is included on the tax reciept.
The seller does not distribute any personal data received from the buyer and will not share information with any third party. Only personal data stated on invoices can be an exception in the event of any financial audit.
